On February 14, 2024, the brand Roilon announced the launch of its product: the Rolly, an all-in-one applicator designed to care for the scalp, taking into account all hair types, particularly curly, wavy, coily, and kinky hair. After completing her studies in digital marketing, Lea Dalat noticed a lack of suitable solutions for textured hair. This realization led to the creation of the Rolly, born after several trials and dozens of prototypes.

Vision and ambition
At just 24 years old, she embodies ambition and tenacity in an industry where many start later. She works tirelessly, supported by her peers, conveying the inspiring message that it’s never too early to pursue your dreams, as long as you surround yourself with the right people. Her academic journey, marked by a Bachelor’s in Hospitality and Tourism Management followed by a Master’s in Digital Marketing, prepared her for her role as an entrepreneur, inspired by figures such as Rihanna and her success with Fenty Beauty at LVMH.
Incubated at Les Premières to develop her project, she won first prize in the category “Entrepreneurship in Inclusive Health – Well-being” awarded by the Territorial Community of French Guiana. Her participation in the Business Africa 2023 event allowed her to connect with her audience and expand her network.
Her journey, marked by solid determination, illustrates her commitment to meeting the specific needs of people with textured hair, but not exclusively. Children, women, men—all are included.
